1. Not beat yourself up too much for going back in the casino (and get out of there any way you can)
2. Find a meeting of GA to go to. I know there are some in N.O.
3. Find something, anything to do that is fun for you other than go to the casino. (movie, museum, take a walk, take photos, go to the gym - anything) Try listening to this hypnosis guy on You Tube when you have an urge (he is British, but it is free and has helped me.): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8t7yPZrw4g
