todayi felt like gambling, there was no trigger, no reason why, and that was the most painful feeling because although i am on day 16 i thought i was clean, but i thought about gambling, just wanted to feel some kind of feeling i can not describe or give a word for it. but the thing is i felt tired of this demon targetting me, tired of wanting to gamble knowing full well i have to think through it and decide by choice not to go gambling. g.a. is not working for me, i don't have a supporter from there, and it's on a friday night when i have to walk home alone. i want to go somewhere to heal, without being asked what makes me upset, i love myself but i still wish i was someone else and didn't have to live with mental illness and the gambling demon.
And the story always ends the same if we give in doesn't it? Pain,Shame and Heartache and DOOM!
We can tell a different story... We can choose not to go down that road.
