sooooooooooooooooooooo, it has been a nice day, and made extra special with no weekend gambling.
I'm glad everyone else is enjoying this day.
Anne, glad to hear you resisted that stinking awful place today. Yay you indeed !!! Happy Sunday ladies.
And before we started we were all watching the World Cup. It was so nice to watch as a true fan and not worry about who wins because of a bet I made. Those days are behind me , One Day at a Time.

Thanks for the post,
John
Glad you both had positive days ! Yep, days without gambling are in fact pretty special, I agree.
I completely forgot about the game John, but its so good to know you were able to enjoy it for what it is and not have any pressure surrounding the outcome.
Learning to live life gamble free. What a relief it is.
And the best part for me is waking up in the morning and not having my first thoughts be those of dread and self loathing. that's a biggie for me.
:)
This group has been helped me so much. I pray for all of the members and all those who are not able to make the step to stop.
Have a great day all and thanks for caring.
Kenji.........I seem to remember when I first came to this group (as a lurker for a while) you were on the wagon with gambling and you were very supportive and strong in your resolve. I truly believe you will get there, for GOOD. You have tasted life without that gambling depression and desperation and its just SO much better than the other way (gambling). You can do it !
