GAMBLING ME
*Arrives late to work, if I show up at all
*Leaves early to go to the casino
*Work is late, sloppy, or left undone
*Scrambles out to the car to collect spare change from the seats and floor
*Hair unwashed for days
*Clothes are wrinkled, unkempt, and not stylish or modern
*Not interested in friendships
*Never has any money for bills, bills are paid late with fees
*Eats fast food, fried food, fatty food -- anything quick and easy
*Rarely exercises
*Feels rushed, anxious, nervous
*Often gets lethargic and run-down, fatigued
*Has bad dreams, doesn't always get through the night
RECOVERY ME

*Work is on-time, early, precise, and complete. Try to go above and beyond. Underpromise and overdeliver.

*Look and smell clean and fresh

I have to say the best thing on that list is the 20lbs in 78days. Yeah!
