So it seems the last post I had was about how I gambled during a business trip to New Orleans. Just days before that trip I had a post saying Gamble free for 1 month and was very proud. Now I am back to being gamble free since that trip on 12/2. Im not going to lie, during this past month a few times while I was drinking, boredom was going to lead me to the casino but I managed to use the 20 sec rule of distracting myself and thinking about loses. Also changing the pin to my credit cards, which I have no clue to what it is has helped me not to be able to withdraw any money. I am hoping I can keep this up even when I have a drink or two. I have never gambled sober and dont intend to but what to keep some control after a few as well. I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!

Many of you have been where I have and the best to do is to keep thinking of how far you have gotten before thinking about stepping into a casino. By not gambling 1 month I have saved a lot of money and have been spending it on things that I enjoy doing with my friends rather than sitting on the couch all weekend after that crazy friday binge that leads to depression and anxiety throughout your month.
