This time I could answer yes to every one of the twenty questions. I had to get worse or I could not get better. Before I wanted the counselor to cure me and make me a normal social gambler. (I realize now that was magical thinking.) Now that I have learned that it takes most of 90 days to get serotonin and dopamine levels in your body to normalize, I see that my brain is just started to unfog. Additionally, my emotions are just starting to normalize and not just flood every time I have a feeling.
