I got through my gambling urges without gambling. Good lesson for me to remember in the future. Thanks for the support. I am glad I came on to share and didn't suffer silently. I love the anology of the flat tires qwit, that's perfect. It took days for me, not hours, but I got through. Today I will not gamble.
From my former attempts, and spurts of abstinence, I know that years, months, weeks, and days being in action is far tougher than hours.
