We are all in the same situation. We all have similar problems that we can't seem to resolve. I am a gamblohoic, foodaholic and and alcoholic. We all have something to hide. I really hate my life I am pretending to be someone I am not. My husband cheated on me 10+ years ago and I can't seem to get over it. I do pretend that I love him and I go through life as if it never happened but it did and I honestly hate him for it. I live a life I do not want to be in. I feel like I am too old to leave the situation. He is not the worst person I could be with but I don't want to go at life by myself. I really don't think I can ever get over the betrayal. I did in the beginning feel like I could do it but as the days past the feeling get worse and worse. I thing gambling, food and alcohol give me the euphoria that I don't get from life. ;Thanks for listening. Unforturnately I have had a few glasses of Wine and am feeling no pain. REALLY. Thanks for listening.

Hoping you're feeling better today. I have some experience in this - recovering from a mate's sexual infidelity and dealing with all of the resulting emotions - and will contact you offline a bit later this evening with some ideas on how to move forward from this. In the meantime, please remember that you are not your circumstances and that you can rise above them, whatever they may be. Don't allow what was done to you (the betrayal) to be the catalyst for what you are doing to yourself (hiding from life and engaging in self-destructive behaviors). You are a beautiful woman. A child of the Almighty. And worthy of a life of free of addiction and full of happiness. Embrace this.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
