Trying to be as dedicated to this recovery group/ posting as I have been to gambling the past few years, which is really, really dedicated. Today I feel broke as usual due to my gambling on Saturday and of course, there won't be any relief until payday, but of course that money will be spent catching up on bills from my gambling, but maybe, just maybe, I will have the strength to take care of my necessities and some debts and not feed the slots with my hard earned money this time.Here's to wishful thinking.....
i know you think you have "no control" but you do, you have to put in blocks now before the urge hits, cause you brain will be hijacked and you will go on auto pilot
so block/ban, lock your money up, make plans you cant get out of...and get a life :)
