Congratulations, on 90 Days, You done good!! What a great feeling, isn't it? That you can hold your head up, and know you are doing everything in your power to do what you need to to remain gamble-free. I am celebrating with you. Love and hugs, ~E
I just hit that milestone myself and it still amazes me that I made it sometimes, I can relate to the bad thinking- always remember the big hits so few they are in comparison to the bazillion times we've lost- keep the faith and keep going to meetings- i know I couldn't have done it without them.
Congrats!

You are a winner indeed! Congratulations on your achievement of ninety "clean" days of no self inflicted pain! You are making tremendous strides and you should be very proud of all that you have achieved.....we are proud of you as well.
Yea, those bad thoughts....and funny how it seems to seem "selective recall", rather than allowing us to experience the "full circle" emotions that have ruled our gambling careers. We can't allow ourselves to be fooled by all the fun times we remember.....we've got to force ourselves to play the whole "movie" from start to finish...No Outtakes Permitted (the painful memories of the devastation it has caused).
Keep forging ahead Cathy....one day at a time....you are so worth it! You deserve, as does your family, to be the best you can be, and you're certainly headed in the right direction. I'm making the road trip with you....each and every day!
Be well and stay strong.....the best is yet to be!
Love and strength to you, my friend....
