I can feel the wheels spinning in your head, you're a thinker. I understand what you're writing about when you say you went to a casino for peace & quiet, and how crazy that is. I use to gamble when life upset me - mad at my husband - go gamble, mad at myself - go gamble! CRAZY, I know. Even crazier is that I ended up mad at my poor husband all the time and hating myself. What a vicious cycle. Our minds need to heal, to except life on it's own terms, knowing things happen out of our control, but that we can chose not to make them worse by not gambling.
