I am so pleased that I have now made it 90 days, well 93 to be exact, and I have never felt better! I am starting to see progress in all areas of my life and I don't have the aweful guilty feeling that I used to regularly carry around! Self-exculsion has really worked for me; I have learned so much about my triggers for gambling and how to better address them. Each day is a journey and each day I make a choice to not gamble!

21 months here!!
It is a great feeling to know that I control my life not gambling.
