It s been 24 hrs since I gambled last. I ve been relapsing for about 2 weeks. On and off. I ve been on the ga sites and am committed to stop again. Sometimes I forget that it s one day at a time. I get worked up about gambling and the losses. Now I m dealing with the very strong impulses. I m going to come here day and night and read and post. This site helped me quit for 2 months. Now it s back to one day at a time. More like one hour at a time. Online sports and casinos are my downfall but I m more determined now to pull the plug with k9 software. Anyways just wanted to be honest and upfront about were I am in this battle. Day one. Thanks for all the continued support. The honesty is a life saver. I ve turned the addiction over to God. I ve finally realized that I am powerless over it. Anyways God Bless all of you and I m here for support also. We truly need each other.

I can totally relate to what you are feeling - - -I am on Day Two - yet again -had a gambling weekend and I'm so ashamed... it will get better for you and all of us, if we stay away! Keep reading the posts - this time it is really helping me to keep my perspective.
