Gallstones Support Group
Gallstones (choleliths) are crystalline bodies formed within the body by accretion or concretion of normal or abnormal bile components. Risk factors for pigment stones include cirrhosis, biliary tract infections, and hereditary blood cell disorders, such as sickle cell anemia. Stones of mixed origin also occur.
I have been having constipation for a couple years now. My indigestion got worse this year with burping at night. Now that I'm really busy, started a full time job after being at college, symptoms have gotten worse. I think it is my gall bladder b/c I have ruled out everything else with tests and the pain is like this: after I eat a normal size meal I feel so full and the top of my rib cage is in pain around to my back. On the right side? I suppose it could be, it feels like the whole area. I went to my doctor and we forgot to talk about the possibility b/c I thought it was just a burning reflux or something. My mom is a nurse though and she is going to request a sonogram. I hope it shows up if there are some.

It could be i had gallbladder problems mine started in my belly & right up my chest the pain was all over i had it also in my upper back when the dr felt my belly the pain was in my gallbladder

you're pain sounds just like mine constipatation and everything . i had an ultrasound . it showed multiple gallstones . i have an appointment dec. 6th with a surgeon to see what needs to be done . i am very nervous and panicky.

It certainly could be, I get what you described after a small/normal meal -ony recently been getting back pains mid back along with it and a little bit of shoulder pain. When I've had attacks in the past (and I've had MANY!!) I really thought it was just REALLY bad indigestion (since I've been on acid reflux/heartburn meds for over 10 yrs) nope - turns out gallstones in there and having pain more in the upper middle abdomen is apparently just as common as pain on the right side.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
