Gallstones (choleliths) are crystalline bodies formed within the body by accretion or concretion of normal or abnormal bile components. Risk factors for pigment stones include cirrhosis, biliary tract infections, and hereditary blood cell disorders, such as sickle cell anemia. Stones of mixed origin also occur.
The biggest issue is getting the gas out of your body. It will tend to move up to your shoulder by day 2-3. Hot tea with lemon and honey is the best. Just keep drinking because it will make everything feel better. Also tapping on your shoulder and back, like you would a baby.
Also it's important to get up and move right away. You will feel stiff but if gets better faster if you move.
Good luck and post about how it goes.
