Unfortunately that happened as much as i didn't want it too. I learned or picked up on certain behavior traits from my parents and ive now passed them on to my child.
Lets face it, a mum who has no confidence is hardly going to bring up a child with an abundance of confidence.

I wouldn't want my Daughter to feel the harsh realities I had to endure, such as being targeted and ordered to do things, "or else." It still resonates with me today ~ I feared. The fear turned me into an emotional wreck ~ depression, anxiety and all that goes with it.
She's strong and vocal, kind and has her own issues, but who among us doesn't?!
