I don't think my mother ever sang to me.

All I remember when really little was her singing The Itsy Bitsy Spider song. And now I’m not sure if she was singing that to me or my little brother. Memory is not reliable on that.

But we always had music on in the house so we sang a lot together actually, from a really young age, to records and the radio. I remember that vividly.

My mother did not sing to me that I am aware of. My dad did...Boom Boom, Ainu it Grand To Be Crazy & Do your Ears Hang Low. They were funny songs.

My mom loved to sing. She sang all the children's songs.

My mom didn't sing to us LOL.... but there was a song she sang when she was in a good mood: "She'll be coming around the mountain"

I don't remember her singing anything specific, but just in general.

She said she used to sing "you are my sunshine" when changing my diaper. So this year I bought her a silver necklace with sunflower theme and the words You are my sunshine on it.
