Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
"Just a little bit won't hurt" Well, I did the little bit thing and now it is a full blown thing.
"You're not fat"..I've like gained 40 lbs.
When I lost all my weight, I heard "oh dear, you are so skinny." "Are you okay? You don't want to lose much more", "You're not going to get anexeria (cant spell it) on us are you?"
Then I gain weight..."why dont you just quit eating?" GRRRR!
