Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
You only live once-
You have to have this-
It's not like your fat- EAT it!
Another that really bothers me is,
"Don't obsess over it!" and "Just eat sensibly!"
I think I am going to stop it all!
Actually I know I'm going to stop it! I am not going to be a slave who is unable to make congruent decisions based on values other than something as ridiculous as how good a certain food tastes!
It's absurd; it drains your energy and makes you a slave to the tobacco comapanies. Yeah it's the tobacco companies (phillip morris) that own kraft and several other fast food big brand names, that spend all their time looking for ways to addict you to their shitty foods! Well excuse my French but fuck them!
I am not going to stand for it no more and neither should you!
I am going to eat raw and I'm going to eat healthy. If you haven't heard of him already; watch David Wolfe on You tube he talks about raw chocolate smoothies! This is where I'm headed! This looks great but ironically the sort of thing that you wouldn't binge on!
Please let me know how you get on!

The article is called "Defend Yourself Against Diet Saboteurs" and has some tips on how to deal with these people.
My God. Yes, a little more meat on my frame is definitely a healthy thing... but the way that I got it?!? Not so much.
Ugh. If these people knew what it was like to just binge until you're actually in physical pain they wouldn't tell me how "healthy" I look now!!!
And how is it that they always do this more when my diet is going well and they don't even know I am dietting? It must be cosmic.
I HATE when you have put on weight and as Aine said people tell you that "you look healthy" and i remember telling someone i had put on 10kg and this person was really short and she said thats alright because when i put on 2kg it looks like 10k i carry the weight well (well thank god for that because i am sure it works the same when you loose weight right? i am sure i can lose 10 kg as fast as you loose 2kg - yeah right!!!!)
I also hate when people ask you to try something "just a taste" and as someone said that you can't ever just have a taste or a try etc.
I FEEL LIKE SUCH A SOCIAL OUTCAST!
Healthy being the terminology for FAT if they're trying to be polite.
"Just eat sensibly and exercise"
S**t if only I'd known that (!)...silly me thinking that my bingeing on 2 loaves of bread in one morning was the healthy option(!)
Uuuurrrgh!
