Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
Eating too fast is definately a problem I relate to,
For me it makes no sense, I love food and eating so much you'd think I took my time over a meal wouldn't you!?
Another suggestion i was given was to put your knife and fork down between each mouth full.
Take regular sips of water, and another one was to chew with your eyes closed.
xx
Thanks!

I agree with whoever suggested eating with your eyes closed. It helps you to give a little more conscious thought to what exactly is in your mouth.
