Has anyone read the above book by Dr Christopher Fariburn? I've just borrowed it from the library and it seems to make a lot of sense. Am about to embark on the Self Help programme at the back based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Feeling positive about it at the mo, but isn't that always the case for the first day or so? Just wondered if anyone else had tried/is trying anything similar and how they are finding it? Am I just buying into more rubbish, or could this actually help?
