Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
What I do is get some organic coconut water and blend this with blueberries, raw cacoa nibs , coconut oil, cashews or hempseeds, blue green algae, raw maca powder, perhaps a banana, and some raw honey! This is a great way to start the day! It is healthy, nutrient dense and by drinking slowly throughout the morning it will fill you up and give your body the nutrition it needs. This works for me! You have to search for the stuff online. There are many websites where you can purchase these raw foods! There are the best ever! Rather than trying to conquer the addiction replace all the foods you normally eat with raw alternatives and you can easily overcome it; I have started to eat as much good stuff as possible and do it in a way that satisfies me. If you are looking for further ideas let me know; hope this helps!
You will get there, bit by bit. Only you need to be honest/accountable to yourself first and foremost. You are worth it and you are a full person outside this addiction.
