So as we all know food addictions are a journey. No quick fix like any addiction w relapses. So what is going good for you today? What small step of success did you take?
For me, I have an all day grazing problem so I made more protein type foods this morning so I would eat less carbs. And I made enough for tomorrow so I don’t have to keep cooking and using up pans.
