Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
Being consistent is also key- Write everyday!!! twice a day, four times if you have to. Do something to remind urself to write, maybe write before every meal or when u eat out or a meal you struggle with!!!
I have been carrying cards in my purse with a notebook. I am reading a book and it says to write notecards to remind urself why you are trying to do this. Everyday The book sets a really small do-able goal and so far its been helping me. I just have to be consistent and do it!!!
Please let me know if there is anything I can help with, I am with you!!! CONGRATS for doing this- you deserve a pat on the back!!!!
Thanks for sharing, that's a great idea.
