Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

So how do I go about dealing with my addiction? I'm already in therapy (for various issues). What else can I do?
I agree with Eteh: we're never cured of this, and if we let down our guard, look out. I lost 110 lbs once. Cut out flour and sugar. Felt great. Then I let up. And I've gained almost all of that weight back.
Thankfully, this time, I have this site, and I didn't have that the last time I started my weight loss plan. I know I can depend on the people on here to be encouraging and non-judgmental.
I know I can pull myself up out of this. But yeah, it's something we gotta stay on top of.
Peace,
Nicol
