I realize everyone is different, I am a total sugar junkie, however I recently discovered that if I have 100+ grams of protein a day I don't crave sugar (candy mostly) like I used to. Don't know if that helps but there it is.
Losing weight is a brave thing to do. You should be proud of your efforts!!
Did you read that 100 gr. of protein a day or figure out yourself?
I never really counted protein grams to see if I was getting enough protein before a binge.
