Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
this might help!
I remember hearing something about a work-shop type of thing to help specifically with chocolate binges, but i can't remember much about it sorry!
one cup=250 mL= 8 0z.. It's my treat when I'm really craving it. If you don't like soy milk just drink chocolate milk. Try 1%, because that again only has 2.5g of fat per 250 mL=8 oz=one cup serving.
It is loaded with protein either or, and yes it has sugar, but atleast you are feeding your craving in a healthy way. And in my case one cup of milk fills me up, because milk is pretty filling.
