Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
Nevertheless, you sound upbeat and positive and I'm so happy to hear that. Keep your chin up and have a lovely easter!

i don't keep any triggering foods in my house nor do i even buy them anymore.
i've tried controlled eating for years and time after time i'd fail.
i don't even attempt it anymore, i know i'm only fooling myself.
I struggle with binge eating too. I find there are any number of triggers for me; stress, anxiety, depression, boredom, as well as good old addiction to sugar.
I've just joined myself, so I'm not sure what works.
But I think there are plenty of people out there who struggle with binge eating- it's important we try and address it before it interferes with our daily life.
I have been able to control it for periods of time but something triggers
a binge. I have a weak moment, and I'm gone. Back off the wagon
It's just like addiction to drugs or alcohol except it's so readily accessible.
