Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
I swore off crazy diets in January, but just heard about a "slim cafe" coffee and wouldn't you know, I want to go and check out the meeting.
Just last summer, I weighed 30 pounds less then I do now, and I think I was pretty happy with it. But then I started my binging again. Sigh. It is so frustrating - I went through all that work to loose the weight, and then gained it all again!
Oh, well, I really do think this will be the last time I have the loose the same 30 pounds. I think I'm like you, Luicylui - my binges have finally subsided, too.
