Hello everyone... I am trying to cut back on my cards because it is no good for my blood sugar as I have type II diabetes weight induced, I am walking has that is all I can do right now I do have knee problems so sometimes even walking becomes difficult.. I can hardly wait for spring time as I only walk indoors now in a mall, with my girlfriend but I can hardly wait to walk outside, I'm trying to eat more veggies and fruits cut back on my pastor(which I love so dearly) and that is about it...
You are working with what you can do Walking is great. Keep it up , just don't injure your knee. Great job with trying to get in more fruits and veggies.... that's what I'm always working on too.
I wish you all the luck in the world,, Kindeyes. It sounds like you are really trying hard and I know you can do it.
I need to lose 110lbs. I already eat quite a bit of fruits and veggies and I am almost done with this 90 program called TurboFire so after that I will probably do it over again. The reason why I am not losing any weight is because I eat a lot of junk food and more sugar than any person should. Plus, I drink absolutely no water.
TheWhip. You have started your workout program. that is your first baby step. Great job. You eat fruits and veggies. that's another baby step. it takes time to build new good habits . You are on your way. Now work on your next baby step. choose one thing.. I>E> adding water to your diet. it does take a few weeks to make it a habit. whatever you choose it will be great. Keep us informed on what you pick and how you are doing. You can do this. You already have done a lot.
Planning on getting back into a good exercise routine and also food tracking. It worked in weightwatchers and it worked for me several times after that. I just need to get back on track and take this bull by the horns. :) I've put on 20 pounds since Thanksgiving and am tired of carrying it around. My goal is to do some serious damage on the 20 pounds and I've got more to go after that. :)
Speaking of plate, I'm seriously going to keep my portions under control. More salads, cut the potatoes and starchy vegetables and I've been mostly gluten free as well.
Good luck to everyone. This is going to be a great month.
Thank you for telling us what you want to do Lorrieonline. I'm sure with journals and working with us you'll get back on track. Don't worry if it takes you a little time to get there. I know I've been off track before and I couldn't get back on track with everything overnight. Good Luck .. You can do this. Just take one day at a time , one step at a time.
I am so sorry I have been absent this past week. All my midterms got rescheduled so I was racing to study for those. I hope everyone ia doing well. Welcome to the team, IDonna!
Those Midterms do take over your life don't they ? Glad you are over them and can contribute TheWhip.
I'm not as present either. .have to stay off my feet and being on the computer is hard ... leaning forward or standing and typing. Back went out.. BOO Hoo. No exercise. will have to check with the chiropractor when i can start again.
I need help staying on track. seems when I don't exercise,,, my eating gets a bit off... I seem to be very tired and eat when I'm tired trying to keep things small. Just can't seem to stay within my calories ranges.
