I have been craving Sugar lately alot. I went to GNC yesterday and the guy told me that CLA would help. I also got Serovital to start taking. It makes sense-I was taking CLA before we moved and then ran out and my cravings have been terrbile since. I am turning 50 this year and admit its hard for me. I want to work on my appearance. I went and got hair extensions and like them. Next will be wrinkles-I have high cheekbones but wrinkles are bad are forehead. Looking into fixing that next. I have a gym memebership and would like to start lifting again. I admit I feel lost but know what I need to do.
I have to work my time out for the gym. I live atleast 40 min away from gym and wondering if its better to hit it in the morning or evening after work. I feel like its too crowded in the evening and I love my quiet time at home in the mornings so its hard. I might start off with evenings and see. Roomie doesnt eat dinner till late-I would be getting home around 645pm every night. Id have to leave by 520 am in the morning to get there by 6 am.
So, I'm working this out.

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

You can get a trainer who will set you up on a program based on what your goals are. Some people want to lose weight so they will get exercises/machines that cover all the muscle groups but some just want to have more energy so they would be doing more of the arobic type exercises like treadmil and/or stair stepper, etc.
If you recently purchased the gym membership, then the trainer is free for the first time which is used to set you up on the program of your choice. I highly recommend this because you will be taught what to use, how to use it, and why you use it and your trainer will start you out at the right rate/speed for you.
Good luck to you. I hope it all works out.
