You are less likely to stray from the plan if it's set.
One lady at my old gym was super busy but wanted to work on weight loss, so she gets all her meals from this site:
liciousliving.com
Now these food suppliers may seem pricey when you first look into them but stop and think about it a bit. If you are getting all your meals and snacks provided, what exactly do you need to spend for groceries at home? I bet not too much other than your beverages.
Another option would be to look up cleaneatingmag.com
You can also pick up the magazines at stands and they are well worth it! This magazine has an entire menu plan for a month plus you are provided the shopping list for all the foods you will need and the recipes to follow the plan. This magazine is amazing; it's crammed full of diet info. Check out their site for an idea of the magazine's contents.
I take the time on Saturdays to gather my ingredients from the markets and then on Sundays, I take a couple hours to prepare my meals for the week. Everything is sectioned and put into containers in the frig or freezer. Then when I am leaving for work at 6am, I just grab some containers and head out to work. I spend much time travelling to and from work, then at work or the gym, so I don't have the time or energy to be making a meal when I am finally home at 630pm or later.
Where there's a will, there's a way. Decide what you can afford, in time and in money, then make some changes to help you with your food issues.
