Got a notice tonight from a company I have been working with to place ads on my site.
I started out on a trial basis. Now after a year of successfully placing their ads and keep them up, they have offered me a very nice deal to place their ads.
I choose the ads and I place the location. The price is listed even before I place them.
A very very sweet deal...
Tonight, I also e-mailed a company I have done business with for three years letting them know that all my contracts with them have been fulfilled. I am hoping that they also contact me about placing more ads...
The proceeds will remain out of my budget and will be used strictly for the website and its products.
I want to get my first two books back into print, this will hopefully be enough to do so....

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

What I do with a site like yours Bill is first create a banner and a text link for your site. Then contact local insurance companies about a link exchange. If they agree, they have a choice of a banner or text link to put on their site and then you place a link of their site on yours.
If you could get the insurance companies to do that it would get your name more recognizable and possibly bring you more business. Then look for other sites that would go with your business. If you could get a local chapter of MADD to agree to a link exchange you would have gained major respect throughout the community.
Link exchanges is how I got my site up and running... it's a great way to get the word out about a website...
