And guess what? I love it. Got one "heater" in my living room and one in my bedroom and I am actually quite comfy.

Thank you so much for sharing the link to the youtube. I found it very interesting, and I found many more ideas online for heating a small space economically.

I did try the method on the youtube that you shared with us. I can see where in case of an emergency I might need two of those to take the chill off the air in a small room. And one of the times that I used it, the wax caught on fire, the flames were as tall as the outer pot. I had to pour water on it to put the fire out. So I would suggest that the heater not be out of your sight and that no one use it while they sleep. I have read the comments on several you-tubes regarding the same type of heater, and many people have had the same experience that I did.

I got a three inch deep bread pan. I'm just using four tea lights... the smaller inner pot has a 6" circumference and is 6" deep and the bigger pot is 12" deep with a 12" circumference.

That pot covers the whole bread pan, with enough air under it to keep the flames going... I'm not saying it can't happen, I just can't see how, with little tea lights... if I used bigger candles it could happen but not this way...

That is exactly what I did. I used 4 tea light candles a 4 inch deep bread pan, a 6 inch clay pot for the small one and an 8 inch pot for the outer one. I even got a stainless steel rack that I don't use anymore from my toaster oven and placed it over the bread pan because the sides of the bread pan were about six inches apart and I did not want the smaller pot to accidentally slip. I think one of the tea lights might have been defective and that let the wax out, and the flame from the same tea light caught the wax on fire. I purchased a package of 100 tea lights, and I did not notice any problems on any of them, but apparently it was there. The only other explanation I find is that I set this little heater on the floor (over a thick aluminum foil covered phone book), and my husband and I were walking at times around it. Would the air we made with our bodies cause the wax to spill over the little tin cup the tea lights come in? I have no idea how it might have happened, but as I said in my previous post, I'm not the first one that has had this situation. That is why I thought I should caution everyone if they are going to use it as an alternative to heat, to be vigilant. It was our smoke alarm that brought it to our attention, and we were watching TV in the same room where the heater was.
