January is over and a look at my finances is done.
A couple of weeks ago, I added $100 to my savings account thinking I had enough money till my next paycheck which is on February 6th. Well, I ended up spending $77 more then I wanted on groceries. Money was taken from the reserve account, so no problem just didn't stay within my limits.
The good side? Every Friday I charge myself $50. So checking account has $250 in it that isn't showed in my ledger.
Then by rounding up "Plus 1" on my checks and rounding down "Minus 1" for my deposits added another $27.50...
So less the $77 I over spent, the checking account still grew $202.50

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ
