Hi all,
My partner, who I've been with for 6 years and have lived with for over 2, is a few thousand pounds in debt with credit cards and loans and an overdraft and I have no idea how he going to get out of this mess.
Borrowing yet more money to pay off these debts feels like digging an even bigger hole, and I don't want to have to pay his debts for him with money that is meant to be for my/our future.
I feel so completely lost at the moment.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? And please could I ask you not to simply tell me to leave him, you don't abandon the people you love when they're struggling.
Thank you for reading x

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmon

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

maybe he just needs a better job?
We sat down and had a serious talk about it tonight, and we have a plan for this month. But we'll have to wait and see what happens next...
