I wanted to let people know about a wolf in sheep's clothing, its called Neobux.com. its a PTC and heavily advertises themselves as a trusted site, don't believe it. I went to cash out and they suspended my account for a reason which wasn't true. Their terms says that if they suspend your account that they will reset your balance. They picture persons using a laptop but other terms say you must use a mouse and cannot use a mobile device, a laptop is a wireless device. The website said I tried to hack their account but I didn't.

If I understand this correctly, they pay you for visiting their advertisements or their advertised sites?

You apparently earned money and then tried to cash it out and could not.

You should report them to:

-- the Better Business Bureau in your area because they are doing business in your state
---The State Attorney General's office because you said it was a scam

I checked and they are out of Portugal. Better Business Bureau has nothing on them and they are known by NeoDub lda

I have a bad feeling about them, they have pictures of people using laptops but in their TOS they say to use a mouse, which can be done but most people don't use a mouse with their laptops. But really the only reason they should refuse payment is if you are cheating, I wasn't. If you are a member they can suspend you and take your money.
