"...and thats all thats to it, i said to myself."
money to sit, and maybe pace, at a restaurant for an hour, with a ten dollar meal. Or walk the winter streets of some nearby town, with $1.50 one way local bus. "Just" need a change of environment.
So, $40 out of bank, be down to $60 in bank----I can be glad the bank changed names last month, with no fee for having little money in bank; my excuse, and good luck.
My broken record of my dead cat----he'd beg for food like a dog while i was eating salty stuff i could never share with him, he'd crawl all over me in bed, steal my chair to sit on, etc.
I "just" have to get out of the apt I spent about 22 hours a day with him.
Not gonna be buying any unwanted stuff, but I might as well buy needed stuff now, instead of waiting for disability check on Monday. White trash me to push a shopping cart of cat litter from 5 & 10 that moved to other end of town, though me through alleys.
No food in house, cant eat, from cat begging, but some cheap restaurents, stock up on tp, other cat food, bus rides....haircut today....to get through this.
It once was important that i had $500 in bank---my cat needing some $200 trips to vet ended that. I also have no shame wearing, for awhile, the clothes he urinated on during his last trip, and which i hope i got most of smell out with urine smell remover.

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

i've thanked some strangers in my town, and my landlord, in last few days "for putting up with me."
car and motorcycle repair shops seem to be the big business in my hillbilly town....i remember about 15 years ago a 12? yr old kid asking a woman what kind of place her used book store was---probably first used book store he ever saw.
i was just thinking a few hours ago, after being in my hometown dropin, how at least two of the mental health organizations are run almost entirely by ex-clients...! people on disability hired by some govt funded, though still a private company, to hang around a place with others like them, or read off xeroxed papers. Some actual certified? counselor shows up maybe once a month. That seems to be the route in my hometown that people on disability with more street smarts (and petty criminal records) than me take as a job in my town.
And feel good that you were able to provide such a wonderful life for him!!!!
He was a lucky cat, indeed. And that is all because of you!!
(((((Hugs)))))
at least now i am mentally ABLE to sit at home for awhile, same home i spent maybe 22 hours a day with my cat.
but, i'm also glad i had money today for a salad and soda, to sit at a resturant, to still get away for awhile.
