Please help with your suggestions!
I run an orphanage in Toronto. We are three in the partnership and our orphanage is for children. Currently, there are 132 children in our institution and we are glad that we provide everything for them so that they feel they are at their home, with their parents.
We are mainly focusing on educating them for a better career. But we provide all the provision for their enjoyment. Recently, we had a plan to extend the play area to add more games; both indoor and outdoor. But, then we hold on our plan as the finance available wasn't enough!
As we have several options to get a financial support, I think we must do it the earliest. We get donations from various institutions and people. But, we have a lot of other plans to be done with that money. So, now I am here to know about the companies offering institutional mortgages in Canada.
If you have any idea of such companies, kindly let me know it as soon as possible. And help to know the formalities for getting a service from them.

It's way too easy for people to get defrauded online and/or from a distance. It's a bit harder to do it from down the street. You could try offering advertising to local businesses and so on.
So honestly, I'd put on walking shoes and just hit the pavement the old fashioned way.
