FUEL PRICES!!!!

My husband just went back out on the road yesterday. Don't know how we are gonna make it, Diesel is up around $4.50 - $5.00 a gallon!! I feel so bad for my husband, he works his a** off and we're going under. I can see the defeat in his eyes, I just feel so bad. If we give it up not sure what we can do at our age. I wish the gov. would get a clue and help out the truckers with the fuel, in return it would help the economy.

My boyfriend lives in England. Prices for gas have been high for a while. Its about $10 per gallon there.

I don't think its going to get better any time soon.

TEN DOLLARS! Geez.

I was at the gas station yesterday fretting about spending 40 bucks on 1/2 tank of gas, then I saw the numbers on the pump from the previous pumper. Their bill was $126.00.

Europe has extremely high taxes on their fuels. Factor out the taxes and they are CHEAPER than our prices. Our problem has a lot to do with the dollar value on the world market right now. Makes oil we buy more expensive because we have to give more dollars per barrel than euros would pay. It all goes back to returning things to the people. But I will not bore you all by rehashing that. Good weekend to you all.

UK fuel prices are tumbling quicker than they rose. Some supermarkets have dropped by a third since the official 'recession' was anounced.

It is the website for a new movie being released that is a documentary all about the evil fuel business, the corruption, the history, the possible future solutions. It will be a real education to a lot of people and corporations profiting on the misery of what this corrupt industry has done to our middle class and especially the truckers, are going to hate it!
