A busy year

I'm just finishing a very busy year at my job. An amazing year. I got out of debt and began to enjoy a stress free life.

I worked 5 or 6 day work weeks, 10 hour days, for the last month and I'm worn out. The nice part about it is having that extra money and since it wasn't budgeted for, I saved it all. No way in the past would that ever happen.

Living in a budget and watching my expenses has helped me realize that I have more then I would ever need. It's a nice way to live.

Right now, I'm on vacation in England and yesterday I checked my bank account and I got a bonus from work. One weeks pay! It is such a nice feeling, knowing that this money was "gift" and that it all can be saved.

Three years ago, I was near bankruptcy. I really saw no way out. By cutting expenses and living a very frugal life, I got out of debt and have been able to save some money. I will continue to budget and live the same way I have to get to this point.

on the radio it said one in hundred people could be loosing their home..people just before christmas finding they are being made redundant..Like messenger I have the t.shirt for everything nearly and omg at the time the stress the tears the worry..you really dont feel the tide will turn.It does take alot..so biggest smiles messenger showing there is light at the end of the tunnel..have a lovely christmas Bill you crack me up..warmest hugs to everyone

Every time I hear this message I feel happy that I have company.....FEAR motivated me to STOP IN MY TRACKS....it was a general FEAR of not being taken care of, which, spiritually, I feel most of the time.....so when I felt this fear I knew I needed to really change my behavior....I did and got through a scary time, and then just continued the behavior....what a difference...independence is something I value greatly and this is a great tool....
