You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.

If this is a duplicate to Leo's post, just ignore it and jump over there. But I thought I'd get this rolling today.
So since I'm in a weird and strange mood (thanks to my almost a full 8hrs of sleep and waking up to get this...zero pain) I'm going places where I rarely go to. Weird But Fun Facts!!
1. The longest time between two twins being born is 87 days. (That poor mom!!!)
2. The world's deepest postbox is in Susami Bay in Japan. It's 10 metres underwater. (really? But Japan does all of the cool stuff)
3. In 2007, an American man named Corey Taylor tried to fake his own death in order to get out of his cell phone contract without paying a fee. It didn't work. (I feel your pain mister!)
4. The oldest condoms ever found date back to the 1640s (they were found in a cesspit at Dudley Castle), and were made from animal and fish intestines. (The kids these days!)
5. In 1923, jockey Frank Hayes won a race at Belmont Park in New York despite being dead — he suffered a heart attack mid-race, but his body stayed in the saddle until his horse crossed the line for a 20–1 outsider victory. (Wow...just wow!)
6. Everyone has a unique tongue print, just like fingerprints. (Okay, raise your hand, how many of us are going to try this at some point today?)
7. Most Muppets are left-handed. (Because most Muppeteers are right-handed, so they operate the head with their favoured hand.)
8. Female kangaroos have three vaginas. (I'd rather know that cows have 3 stomaches)
9. It costs the U.S. Mint almost twice as much to mint each penny and nickel as the coins are actually worth. Taxpayers lost over $100 million in 2013 just through the coins being made. (and just think how expensive those floors are now when they penny and lacqure over them?)
10. Light doesn't necessarily travel at the speed of light. The slowest we've ever recorded light moving at is 38 mph. (I've been behind a few of these guys driving in the left lane of the freeway).
11. Casu marzu is a Sardinian cheese that contains live maggots. The maggots can jump up to five inches out of cheese while you're eating it, so it's a good idea to shield it with your hand to stop them jumping into your eyes. (THAT I did not need to know, this makes processed cheese look so much better!!)
12. The loneliest creature on Earth is a whale who has been calling out for a mate for over two decades — but whose high-pitched voice is so different to other whales that they never respond. (ohhh, this sounds like the start of a good tearjerker movie)
13. The spikes on the end of a stegosaurus' tail are known among paleontologists as the "thagomizer" — a term coined by cartoonist Gary Larson in a 1982 Far Side drawing.
14. During World War II, the crew of the British submarine HMS Trident kept a fully grown reindeer called Pollyanna aboard their vessel for six weeks (it was a gift from the Russians). (I wonder how Santa felt about those reindeer games?)
15. The northern leopard frog swallows its prey using its eyes — it uses them to help push food down its throat by retracting them into its head. (Okay, can I officially call it here, Frogs are weird!)
16. The first man to urinate on the moon was Buzz Aldrin, shortly after stepping onto the lunar surface. (I think I'd have to do the same after that trip also).
Not much going on in this end of the world. Was going to have my nephew today, but my brother stayed home to work on his RV (they want to run out to DC over the 4th).
I worked out all of my nerves yesterday ironing and doing laundry. Today will be the floors and collecting all of the trash out of the bedrooms and such.
So now tell me, what weird and strange facts do you know? Along with how your day is going! And Leo, I hope you don't mind if I jumped in....Hope you all have a great day!
Has anyone heard from Leo yet? I Pray all is well. We are all like family here. will be keeping Leo in prayer too.
Wonder- Thanks too for jumping in and for all the fun facts. Thanks for thinking of everyone. Also, will be praying for Ida too. Keeping her lifting up in prayer.
Angela, Twin and Blue- I hope you guys feel better too and get plenty of rest,
Miki- I hope the the fatigue and brain fog calms down some too and that you can get you some rest. Hope that you feel better.
Pam
lots of hugs
Regarding CBD oil.... check out Highland Pharms web site for the most affordable, highest concentration of CBD oil. Www.highlandpharms.com. They are out of Texas, but I think the oil is made in Colorado. They also sell a really good cream that doesn't stain your clothes and hardly has any smell. I practically bath in it. It helps with arthritis, FMS, and restless legs too sometimes. I also use it in my forehead during migraines since I can tolerate the smell ok.
