i have a question for everyone, my pain in my hips and back is so bad that i have to use a heating pad all the time, it has caused awful discoloration, and occasional blisters, but this is the only thing that makes my pain better, what i am concerned about is whether i am doing something that will permanetly damage something i don't mind the awful black and purple color, because, lets face it noone ever sees it, but i know that it can damage other things, i am worried about nerve damage, because i don't even feel the heat, i just feel the relief, and now i am having increased numbness in my legs, so i don't know, i know the smart thing to do is stop using the heating pad, but that is hard when meds don't help the pain, the only thing that helps it is the heating pad, but i am concerned about causing cancer or like said nerve damage, does anyone else go through this or have any ideas , should i be concerned, or what someone just give me an opinon, please, lots of love, ruby
