we had to lend the weasel $600 so he can pay his next security deposit at the new place!!!! don't worry, i made him sign a contract to pay me back!
if you are reading this and don't know what i'm talking about, here's a quick background:
i helped an old friend out when he got kicked out of his old place, arrested for public drunkenness, then got put back in jail for parole violation (for the drinking), then got his car stolen. anyways, when he got out of jail and had no where to go, i picked him up and all his stuff and let him move in (rent) my 4th bedroom (i own the house). but over time he was causing too much drama and being too nosey in my busness. was also delusional about many things and tried to force his ways and opinions on me.
so i kicked him out. he tried to nickle and dime me for some work he did in the garden and whatever else stupid dumb shit he came up with like TAPING the window screen (rolls eyes). what a damn parasite! anyways, i typed out his eviction notice and had me and my bro sign it (since he's a co-owner of the house). i gave him 2 WHOLE MONTHS to move out when the state code here only requires a 45 day notice.
but he did NOT want to stick around and made it out like we were being unfair to him. we paid him $100 dollars for the garden work (even tho he VOLUNTEERED to do it) just to get him out of my f%ckin hair and i lent him $500 plus mom lent him $100 to get him to pack up and get the hell out!
he signed all the paper work before he left, thank GOD! And now the house is peaceful again... (exhales)... I will NEVER rent that room out to anyone again!!!! it's to remain a guest room now, and i will put new furniture in it, new curtains, new bedding, new shelves in the closet, and make it look all nice! he he he...

yeah... he didn't go down with out a fight, tho. I mean, he made commotions for about 4 evenings in a row! from pleading to stay, to apologizing, back to making rude remarks and accusations of family members, back to apologizing... etc.
it was a HEAD ache!
and then when i gave him the signed eviction notice with written it it that he please not disturb us with his attitude or negative hostility while he waits to move out... he actually said to me that it was unnecessary for me to write that in there because he wasn't mad. that he didn't know what i was talking about! ...uhh... ok, so all the tempers you should showed us the last few nights was imagined right? NOT.
but like i said he delusional.
he actually believed in his mind that he moved in to help us (when he was pleading for us to let him stay). i guess he black out the part where he called me multiple times at night asking for me to "rescue" him cuz he had no where to go. wow... i tried to tell him that he was delusional, but he just yelled at me each time. he really needs a new psychiatrist! but that's is problem not mine.
and when he was leaving he actually told me he felt sorry for us. wow... . that's all i can say.... makes me wonder where his mind has gone.
