Hello who helps you with the massage, does someone do it for you or do you have a machine of sorts? Please let me know I'd be interested. I love my massage therapist, she knows how to work with trigger points and stuff, but if someone could learn from a book and help me at home when I don't have time to get to her it would be great.

Thanks Char, I think I try looking for a trigger point therapy book, because this one doesn't go into any of in great detail (I've got a major headache just looking at it again.) And mostly tells you to get a practitioner, either physical therapist or chiropractor, to find them for you. And I definately need to look into another type of massager, because what I have is not helping much, more or less just vibrates.

Im ready to start...
