my youngest bro was visiting from Colorado for 2 weeks and he had only a few days left here. initially he came to help me take care of the house since my mom broke her leg. BUT since he had a few days left we figured he should have some fun before he left. soooo........ i took him kayaking! he never went kayaking in his life before and we thought why not?

ok THAT was thursday..... i'm still hurting..... oowwwww

to make matters worse, saturdays are clean the house days, so i had to sweep and mop a lilttle here and there double OUCH

Great photos. I'm sorry you are in such pain. It does look like a lot of fun though and hope you start to feel better soon. I'm sure your bro had a great time.

thanks! i'll be ok... it's just the process of this crap i guess. you do something you enjoy and then you pay for it. isn't that the rule?

Oh Bluesun, I am SO envious! There, I've admitted it. And I'm sorry that you are in extra pain as a result, but you know your brother is happy that you took him. Your photos are lovely and I'm sure they don't begin to do justice to the natural beauty and wildlife that you've encountered. Oh so pretty. My only regret for marrying my Texan is that I'm now stuck in the Big Country of West Texas and no longer on the east coast of Florida.

That sounds like so much fun! What a beautiful place to live. If I had that to look at every day I think I would feel so much better. The picts are great bluesun. I've vacationed there 3 times and went there on my honeymoon. Seeing your picts brought back some good memories.

I want to take my grandson out in a canoe but I have this frozen shoulder problem and couldn't possibly row.

Right now I am in terrible pain as I'm packing to move. I think I need to just strap my arm to my body so I don't accidentally move my shoulder.

Beautiful pics and a month from now you will remember those moments and not the pain after. So you will go for more great moments...well you know the rest lol. Sometimes, we do push the limit and we know it, but can't have the memories sitting wondering how much pain it will bring. Just think about some journeys ahead of time so the pain doesn't interrupt the memories. Hope that made sense lol... Glad u had a great time!
