I have always assigned chores to my children and my husband has always done a lot too. At times when they cannot help though, I just do one ir two areas a day, depending on how I fell. Fir me, vacuuming has been out for a long time, along with scrubbing the tub, so no matter what else I do, someone else must do those. I know what you mean about making the bed too. It always hurts me a lot to do it. Sometimes I'll just pull the comforter over buy leave the sheets and blanket as they were. At least it's covered. Besides, I'm probably going to get back in it sometine during the day.
Hey Death is that offer open to anyone?

2.I put on upbeat music and tackle things one room at a time.
3.I keep the bathroom clean most of the time.I just love those Clorax wipes and use them every other day.
4. I put extra trash bags in the bottoms of all my trash cans.
5. This is going to sound like way over top but I have a calendar set up with daily chores, every other day chores weekly chores, and monthly chores and quartely chores. I just cross em off as I get them done. That way everyone knows what needs done yet. For instance I have three ceiling fans on the 15 th of each month, I have written down clean ceiling fans. If it does not get cleaned right on the 15th, I try to do it yet that week. Actually that is one of the things my husband usually does for me.
6. When I clean I take a basket of supplies with me room to room, it saves me running back and forth, I also haul along one big garbage bag, to put junk in.
7. I have laundry baskets with everyones name on them, and if I found someones stuff i put it in the laundry basket and they are responsible for taking care of that stuff.
8. I have the siffer floor sweeper and floor mop thing. That really helps save on my back. I use the swiffer duster too.
9. I have all my brooms, dust pans, mops, cleaning supplies pretty much organized so you can find them right away and put them back right away. I hate wasting precious time looking for stuff.
9.The hardest thing for me is windows, because I am so short and cleaning the top of the fridge. I have to climb up on a stool. I have a hard time getting the oven done too.
It is better to do it 20-30 mins if you can. Sometimes i can so upto one hr if i feel really up to it. I sometimes play music as it's help speed things up.
