I carry two sets of keys on my person all the time. One set in one pocket and the other in the other pocket. I quit carrying a purse many years ago. If I should lock myself out always have the spare set with me. When I change clothes they go from what I was wearing right into my clean clothes when I change.
Ever since I got married many years ago always keep a tablet that listed the monthly bills in and dated the top of the page with the month and year. When I pay the bill I cross it off and date the day paid it then either file the bill if want to keep it or disgard it ... If had any concerns or calls that needed to make concerning a bill made note on the page. Keep the monthly bills inside the tablet for each month till they are paid. Also keeps a good reference by keeping all the months in one tablet.
I try to make all my doctor appts. now for afternoon so it allows me plenty of time to get ready and not feel rushed or hurried. And try to make them for the same time each week. I have 3 appts. each week and the clinics have been great about setting them up for me and making easier for me to keep track of them. (like every tuesday at 1:30 I know I have therapy) I write all on the calendar and have a calendar on my computer that has the day circled on it so at a glance I can keep track of the day.
If I have something very important to do or take care of and afraid I will forget sometimes I will call a family member or friend and ask them to call me and remind me.
Hope some of that helps.
Take care gentle hugs

I love the list! I am looking forward to part two of it. My house looks like a post-it advetisment. And my calander is always full and so is my computer calander. just to remind me of all the things I have to get done each day. I am like Emerald5usa I have several set of key one in my purse , one hidden on my car, and one on the out sid of my house. But even with that many sets I have still forgot where they all were and and to call my husband for his set. Now that is true fog!!!!!
