Hi all
Any ideas
I know I eat way too much sugar, obviously I need to address this, just wonder if anyone has any experience with this and any suggestions
I think going cold turkey will probably increase symptoms and don't want to have a crash because of it
Thanks

Well, wel, well. Isn't that interesting. As insect diversity plummets, AI ocntinues to rattle our cages, and more, here's some positive news for you:Green spaces in cities like London and Barcelona are not only lowering heat island effects but lowering *breathing difficulties in children*. That's right. More trees, less awful. :-)What's really fascinating about this is that it's so...

I wish you well with cutting out sugar. It is worth it. It's truly hard to believe how much we take in without even realizing it. Women should be restricted to 6 tsp daily, men 9 tsp. On labels divide the sugars by four for a rough estimate of how many teaspoons is in one serving.
That said, if it is needed? I use SweetLeaf brand Stevia (only one w/o aftertaste). A spinkle of that in the oatmeal as it cooks, and it tastes just as sweet, but no actual sugar. :-) So that's my "sugar" fix. I do love chocolate, but I tend to eat the dark stuff straight, or use stevia to make cookies from the dark chocolate.
See if it helps. Hey, if it does, great. If not, hey, you got sugar out of your diet, so it's still good:-)
Good luck!
