It is interesting you mention the vitamin D level. I was check recently. I was at 15. I have been on Vitamin D therapy for the past 11 weeks. After this week I am supposed to schedule at test to see what level I am at now.
Has the vitamin D therapy helped decrease any of your symptoms? As for me, I am not sure. I have so many things going on I honestly can't tell where one thing begins and the other one ends.
Don't get me wrong--I'm not feeling sorry for myself. But I feel kind of stuck. I think finding answers as to what goes where will help. I seemed to have gotten sick suddenly in 2007, and since then, it seems like I have been diagnosed with one thing after another. It is hard for me to believe that it is not all connected to one disease. What the name if that disease is is not apparent. However, my doctors insist that I stop looking for a way to tie all my symptoms in to one cause. They believe I just have a multitude of health issues.
I just don't understand who a multitude of health issues can hit a person all at one time and not be related to one cause. Do you know what I mean?
Sometimes my Feet and Wrists will Literally Feel Broken..I Mean B R O K E N ~ where I can put NO Pressure at all on those areas...this can last for DAYS..

I also get Electric Shocks..Back and Side of my head..thru my left leg...I have NO Idea what Brings it on.
Odd Symptoms...I could Write a Damn Book on Odd Symptoms.

All the pains and weird symptoms we have - it's driving me nuts! Yeh I get the twitches and spasms u mention. I have quite sore, tight leg muscles now. And biceps. And neck. My massage therapist is amazed at my tight muscles. Tells me I should stretch - as if I don't!
It's a bit scary having weird neuro symptoms. My aunt died from ALS so having twitches and weakness in legs and arms is worrying.
I hope you get some relief soon!
I have pain in my hands and feet a lot with my fibro.
I hope you feel better soon.
I really feel for you as well.I was had similar symptoms as you describe when I first was diagnosed. Hang in there. Symptoms do change. And even though they do reoccur there will also be periods of relief from the severe symptoms you are experiencing now. I pray for you the strength to endure until real and lasting relief finds you.
Sincerely,
Rsimmons
If you can afford to, using a good massage therapist who does deep tissue massage could help with the pain.
Please keep in mind that this is a long-term condition, and that there will be changes over time -- hopefully most of the changes will be for the good.
